Seville Water Park.

A TRIP to the Yarra Valley or Dandenong Ranges would be incomplete without stopping in Seville. Known for its breathtaking vineyards and friendly community, Seville has everything a spectacular getaway or day-trip requires.

Seville Water Play Park
You won’t want to miss the chance for summer play at the Seville Water Play Park.
Located on the Monbulk-Seville Road, this hot spot can be enormously popular in summer (so, get in early).
When the jets get turned on, the kids begin to play and it’s a wonderful place to cool down.
Not only is it a water park, but it also has many shaded areas, picnic tables and an adjacent playground.

Lilydale to Warburton Bike Trail
If you want to burn some post-lunch calories, then the Lilydale to Warburton Bike Trail is a great start.
Locally called the ’Warby Trail’, the 40km stretch of trail runs through Seville and is used by cyclists, horse riders and walkers.
The trail was once the path of a historic railway, but now the trail’s gentle gradient makes it perfect for those wanting to get some exercise.
Bring your bike or put on your runners and be amazed by the beautiful farm lands and vineyards you will travel beside.
You won’t be disappointed, and, you can have an extra piece of cake that day.

Carriage Cafe
If you happen to see a train carriage near the Warburton Trail in Seville, you aren’t seeing things.
The Carriage Cafe in Seville is the ideal place for a delicious lunch after a big workout, or a delightful breakfast.
Situated on Station Road in Seville, the Carriage Cafe is inspired by the trains of yesteryear.
You have the option to sit outside in the alfresco dining area beside the train, though the highlight of the cafe is the train, as it features a full-size carriage and visitors are able to enjoy their lunch inside the carriage.

Vineyards
There are many hidden gems within the township of Seville, including stockists of the large array of boutique wines the region has to offer.
Mention vineyards to any Seville local and you will be directed to a long list of amazing places to visit.
The breathtaking rolling hills make it the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and bask in the beautiful landscapes.

The Old Butcher Shop Cafe and The Butcher’s Daughter
For a more casual dining experience, The Old Butcher Shop Cafe is perfect for enjoying some zucchini fritters for breakfast or the Seville Butcher’s Burger for lunch.
You can’t go past a freshly squeezed juice using local produce.
The rustic-styled cafe was previously a butcher’s shop, hence the name.
A short walk down the main street and you will find The Butcher’s Daughter.
The Butcher’s Daughter is a new juice, bar and cafe, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
During the warmer months, the sidewalk terrace expands with an additional 30 seats outside.
The menu changes daily, and is completely vegetarian and non-dairy, and most dishes on the menu are vegan and gluten-free.
Inside, The Butcher’s Daughter has an industrial feel, against the softer, earthy materials like wood, white tile, brick and greenery.
Don’t forget to book as it is a busy place.
