Puffing Billy is Australia’s favourite steam train, running on the original 25km mountain track from Belgrave to Gembrook.
Steaming through the beautiful forests and fern gullies of the Dandenong Ranges, visitors can enjoy various travelling options.
These include first-class luxury, such as fully enclosed dining carriages for the ‘Daily Steam and Cuisine Luncheon Train’, and the ‘Dinner and Dance Train’ which departs on selected Friday and Saturday evenings.

The Jazz on Puffing Billy will also leave visitors with their feet tapping to jazz music, with live entertainment.

There are options for the children, too, who can enjoy the ‘A Day Out With Thomas’ events, where they can see their hero, Thomas the Tank Engine, in full steam.
